I purchased two Kiehl's products from Wold Wide Beauty Stores. If anyone is familiar with Kiehl's products, they would know they are not cheap. For the two products my total was $80. I patiently waited my eight weeks, but when my order had not arrived, I started to get weary. I emailed them and there response was "We do not know why your order did not arrive and can issue you a credit for the missing order or reship," but of course never did either.

This is ridiculous...the internet is a great way to shop, but companies like this ruin it for everyone else. I will never buy on the internet again!!

Unauthorized Selling of Kiehl's Products - Beware Internet Vendors!

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sat, June 06, 2009

Hi: I am employee of Kiehl's and these internet beauty suppliers are NOT authorized by Kiehl's to sell the products. Frequently, the prices are doubled and the product has been contaminated and compromised. Yes, they are expensive because very high-end ingredients are used. Additionally, you would never have had to wait 8 weeks for your order. We ship within a day or two by UPS ground. Orders over $35.00 are shipped free. We also have a 100% guarantee on our products. DO NOT buy these on e-bay, or any internet vendors. The products were purchased in a Kiehl's store, and the cost was doubled and passed on to the internet buyer. We have caught several customers attempting to purchase large amounts of product (we can only sell six at one time to the same customer) so are aware of this type of situation in Kiehl's tores. Only buy on line from www.kiehls.com, or if you are not near a free-standing store, many of the high-end department stores (Nordstrom, Neiman-Marcus, etc.) have a Kiehl's counter in the cosmetic departments. I am so sorry to hear about your situation. It is truly a case of "buyer beware."
