Hello I am hoping you can help me in the fact that I feel I have been scammed. I contacted a company advertising in the local newspaper here in Richmond Virginia,Medicor Kwic Claims about home medical billing. I had many questions about the software upon my decision to order it. Speaking with a representative of the company LeAnne I told he I had many concerns and questions from the beginning. She proceeded to tell me after I received my software she could answer any questions I may have. She also told me that the cost of the software was $339.00. I gave it thought and then decided to place my order. After placing my order I had to call back to confirm that the total cost truly was $339.00 that is when Miss LeAnne then tells me "Oh I'm glad you called back, the total price with shipping and handling comes to $377.00. I received my software and took it out of the box to find a major disappointment. I received a cassette tape a paper back book of 67 pages and the software. After installing the software and having many problems arise become the book doesn't truly explain to you everything you need to know I made several phone calls to the company. Everytime I call them I get the same song and dance I can't understand Mrs. Bailey why you would be unhappy with this software, Let me walk you through it. When you are trying to run a business from home

do you want to spend the majority of your time on the phone getting someone to walk you through. It was then after taking a good look at my receipt I realized in small letters at the bottom of the page which they neglected to tell me "all sales final." I am furious about this whole situation. I have spent money in stamps to mail out letters to the doctors they give you on the database, 50 letters mailed out, no responses. I have not been scammed for 30 or 40 dollars but for $377.00 and I want my money back. I invested this money to hopefully be a stay at home mom as they told me when on the phone as my 7 month old son was cooing in the background this would allow to be a stay at home mom. How could you scam anyone of $377.00 much less a mother of a child or children who could use that money for worth wild things. Please help me in this matter if you can. Traci Bailey
