ILX Resorts - Premiere Vacation Club - Sedona Vacation Club - San Carlos NO HEAT IN ROOM PAPER THIN WALLS HAD TO PUT UP WITH NEXT DOOR QUESTS HAVING SEX ALL NIGHT THEIR HEADBOARD BANGING ON MY WALL COLD WATER POOL POOR FOOD - HAD BRUISES ON MY BACK FROM HARD BED Phoenix Arizona
Calling this a five star hotel would be pushing it. I was there for 2 full weeks and at no point did the hot tub work. Despite many people complaining there was not an attempt to fix it. also the "heated" pool was only heated every other day. The food there was expensive and not good. There was no heat in the rooms despite the cold temperature drops at night. The pull out beds were near impossible to sleep on.. i actually became bruised from the uncomfortable bars. the rooms were definatly nothing to brag about..oh yeah and if want a good nights sleep plan on bringing earplugs because the walls are paper thing and you can hear your neighbors HAVING SEX crystal clear.
HE WAS A GROANER AND SHE WAS A SCREAMER. Not to mention one of them had excessive and explosive gas (Most likely from the rotton cheap beans served at the hotel) This is the perfect place to recommend to someone you do not care for.
Oh, one more thing. DO NOT DIVE INTO THE COLD POOL AS IT IS ONLY A FEW INCHES DEEP. IT APPEARS TO BE A LARGE POOL, AND IT IS, HOWEVER IT JUST HAS A LITTLE WATER IN IT. THE POOL IS USED MOSTLY BY LITTLE KIDS WHO ARE PEEING IN IT ALL DAY LONG.
