The Videa Computer Store of Pipersville, PA

Some 16 months ago (4/99) I watched their Sunday morning hour long program and ordered a Inteva system...Celeron 433, 13.6 Gig, sound, 56k, 17"monitor, DVD, etc. for $1900. A few weeks later it arrived, and I hooked it up. From the beginning it would freeze after just a few minutes. Hit the reset button....run scandisk, etc. up to 60 or 70 times a day. I tried to get help, I tried to email them (never an answer) I called and called about the problem, and also about my rebates. NEVER was there an answer, NEVER. After 3 months I stopped using their piece of junk, and it has been sitting in the corner, ever since. NEVER did I get my rebate, NEVER.

BTW, the machine wouldn't even run the Microsoft screen saver without freezing after about a minute.

These prople are ripoff experts, supreme!!

Everyone should be aware of them.
