Kelly Chevrolet rip-off
I purchased a brand new 1999 chevrolet Monte Carlo I noticed a scratch on the door when I told mr tom gowen he assured me it would be fixed.
well to make a long story short I had to sue them to get it fixed because they claimed not to know me when I went back for service.
Good old General Motors settled but to date Kelly chevrolet took no responsability!
