gateway had my laptop sent in for repairs 6 times and each time held it for weeks(totaling months).On the 2nd of may 2007 they received it for replacement and have not sent a replacement in over a month now. Needless to say the laptop started malfunctioning about 2 months from purchase. the service reps were rude,offered or said they didnt know the status each time i call. As of today the 24th of may i still do not have my laptop replaced.
their service is very poor and i have made a huge mistake just buying a gateway computer. BEWARE!!!
