ultima travel services rip off
my wife and i bought into what sounded like a great travel service club,ultima. ultima said they could get us significant savings on a full range of services cruises, tour packages, rental cars, airline tickets,hotels ans motels.then cash back we would get the agent fee paid to us after travling. fiest we tried to book travel and accommodations to a family reunion and stop at disneyland on the way home. we called ultima to get our great prices and get cash back this was going to be great we were looking forward to going on vacation. we soon found out we could get a better price on our air travel,accommodations and car rental.it would have cost us more from ultima even with our cash back,then what we did ourselfs. the next thing that happened ultima changes their the cash back program, no longer would they give cash back ,now its travel credit program.i called ultma and asked how they could change our agreement,they said read the agreement it will say they can change any time they want, i read the agreement and could not find where it said anything like that.they told me where to read in the agreement i still could not find it. the next thing that happened,we get a call from another company connected to ultima saying we could trade in our ultima and become a time share owner at some hawaii condos at a substantial cost. the salesman said if we bought we could rent our week for a good price like the salesman does, i asked dont you need to clain the rent as income? no and i dont clain it at all.be carful of what the salesman tells you it is not always true. please help me get my money back
