Salesco is a very deceptive and dishonest company. Beware of ordering from this company because they will take your money and you may never get your order. I believe they do not actually stock merchandise but only take your order and money and then order the items from some other company.

I placed an order with SALESCO 949 Cataract Ave, San Dimas California on 11/15/05 over the internet for a blasting cabinet and was told the item would ship in 1 week. I did not receive the order so I emailed them on 12/6/05 and 12/7/05 with no response. I called the company on 12/9/05 and spoke to Arvina who told me the order would ship that day. Later that same day (12/9/05) I received a call from a man at the company who told me I had not been charged enough shippinmg and If I would agree to pay another $90.00 I would have the order in 4 days. I agreed to the additional charge because I needed the order for xmas.

After another week I still did not have the ordrer so I called SALESCO again on 12/16/05 and spoke to Rene in customer service and asked for the tracking number on the order which she did not have and she stated the order would ship that day. I became upset at this point and emailed the owner the following day (Saturday 12/17/05) and requested that the order be canceled if it had not been shipped. I also called on Monday 12/19/05 and spoke to Rene again and canceled the order verbally. Both of these requests were ignored and the order was shipped MOnday afternoon 12/19/05.

When Fed ex called to schedule delivery I refused the

delivery because I had already reordered the item from Northern Tool. Now SALESCO has refused to return any of my money which I did get VISA to reverse the first charge of 341.17. SALESCO has kept the $90.00. Now I am out the $90.00 because of their poor customer service and deceptive practices. This order was not shipped within 30 days from the time I ordered it and SALESCO never spoke to me about any delay or honored my request to cancel the order. I have submitted a complaint to the FTC and the recommended I also contact the California Attorney General.

I too have a complaint in with the CA Attorney General's Office. I was double billed by Salesco for $1516. They never returned phone calls or emails or letters. Now, they say they have no record of a sale to me when contacted by the CA AG. Anyone with a problem needs to file a complaint. They should not be in business if they can not handle simple problems. The CA AG needs to bring a criminal complaint against them.
