My best advise here is to speak to the owner of the Harley dealership. Explain to him exactely what happened and give him just the facts. I have owned a few Harleys and found that the dealerships provide a far inferior service than the non-factory shops. If the talk with the dealership doesn't work contact Harley's customer service. Plan on this being a long battle and you will be dealing with a company that is all about the buck and not the customer. Good luck.

The first thing I would do is talk to the Manager/Owner of the dealership and try to resolve the problem with him. Don't be rude or insulting and explain the problem with a level headed approach. I call it "kill 'em with kindness". If that doesn't solve the problem I would contact the better business bureau and various other consumer protection agencies in your city/state. Better yet if your local major network television stations have a consumer advocate that will fight for you - call the nbc abc cbs fox stations in your area and get on the phone immediately with them cause nobody likes bad publicity especially on the evening news. Hope that helps. Good luck to you and your son.
