Ape Survival I paid $10 for shipping and handling for a "free" Taclite. It arrived with no instructions and turned out to be a dud. They shipped me a new one and mailed to the wrong address, despite my having provided my new address. Englewood, COLORADO
I took them up on their offer last year, paid a little over $10 for a "free Taclite" only had to pay shipping and handling. Package arrived with no instructions. I had to search the internet to find out what kind of batteries and go to battery stores to get help as there were 3 different kinds on the internet.
When I finally got the right one, I found out the Taclite that was shipped to me was a dud. I emailed them to resolve this and specifically told them I moved since the initial shipment and provided my new address, not just once, but two or 3 times.
Finally they shipped me a new Taclite and emailed me the tracking info.
However, they shipped to my old address and the shipment got returned to them. I emailed them to let them know what happened and have yet gotten a reply. $10 and a lot of time spent for absolutely no product. If I were to add up the time I spent trying to fix this based on my hourly wage, they would owe me hundreds of dollars now. What a waste!
