Progressive Refrigeration appliance company Ripped me off!! Arizona Tucson
Allen Workman replaced 2 shocks on my 3 yo GE washer. ($359) After the repair, the machine did the same thing it was doing prior to the repair. He returned and told me I didn't know how to sort laundry and to place larger loads in the washer. I called a second repairman. He took the time to remove the back of my washer; something Allen didn't do. He found the rear shock had come apart. All pieces were there so he reassembled it and charged me $105.00. I showed this repairman the shocks Allen removed from my machine. He said they were not worn or defective. I called Allen and to report the findings of the second repairman. He said the shock must have come apart after he left my house!! He is a total con artist. There are multiple negative reports on the website. How I wish I'd looked those up prior to having him come to my home! Consumer beware of Progressive Refrigeration appliance company in Tucson Arizona!!
