T-fal Corporation Refused to honor Lifetime Warranty. Millville New Jersey
Do NOT buy T-Fal products. They will NOT honor their lifetime warranty. My 14" WOK pan became defective when the non-stick surface began to flake off. I contacted T-Fal and was instructed to send photos. I complied and they immediately claimed the surface was scratched to avoid any warranty responsibility. The surface is NOT scratched and I told them so. I was instructed to pay the cost of $11.15 to send the pan to T-Fal for physical inspection.
They still refused to honor their warranty making FALSE claims the surface is scratched simply to avoid honoring their warranty. The warranty is WORTHLESS. Do not buy from this company! This product is a cheap knock off now made in China but sold under the label of T-Fal. Do NOT buy any of T-Fal products! You will be very sorry!
The company claims there is nothing more they can do for me. I am out the money spent on shiping the pan. I am out the purchase price of the defective pan. This company simply tells lies to avoid warranty coverage.
