Protocall Communications Constellation Energy taught me to lie to clients Internet
While I worked for Protocall (who works for Constellation Energy) they taught me to lie to clients as far as their utilities bills being protected and also making me pretend that I was from Conedison themselves and that by law the clients had to sign up and get protected because we were from the powerplant.
Constellation is not the powerplant, they have to buy the electricity from the powerplant like everyone else does and resells it, Conedison simply delivers the electricity to you. but yeah anyways they told me to swindle clients and since I couldn't find any other jobs at the time I had to do what I had to do.
They are trying to spread in NY so be weary, they will dress like ConEdison reps and swindle you, the Managers that taught us this were Michael Campbell and Joel Farmer and their state manager Dan Flammand
