Spectrum charter communications Cheated me out of 200 gift card Fort Worth Texas
In August of 2017 was looking for a new internet service. I called Spectrum and was offered 100.00 gift card for switching to them I told the guy I was going to check others and he then offered me a 200.00 card. kept waiting to receive it and called today 2/8/2018. Called me a liar said they listened to entire call and they never offered a 200 gift card. That is a complete lie. I know what they promised me. I even wrote it on my first bill. Customer service was horrible as well!
