Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In October 2017 - I started a text with a Eric Myers at (((REDACTED))) whom mentioned that I had been an Ez Money Team member and if I were interested in making more money.  After a talk - he mentioned that he had a boss that would need to approve on me for this program - that will help make 10k or more - like those shown in the video I saw when I joined.   I was very leery about this but told me that I had nothing to lose and everything to gain - that he would make sure that I would making at the payments to not worry about the payments after a couple months.   Eric told me that I must be approved, but needed to know if I had the money to join this program.   He said that this program was about $2500, but it depends on what kind of level we were looking at getting.

After a stream of text and luring me into joining this program - I was ultimately asked that if they were ready to join - would I be able to use a credit card.  I told them I did not have a credit card with enough credit.   Eric asked about my credit rating - I told him I had been working on my credit rate and found out my credit score was about 700.   He then said, I should call Discover and asked for line of credit - which it would not be a problem with my good rating.  I told him I did not think they would grant me credit but I would try.

I was granted a credit limit of 4000 and I told him that I did not know if I should pursue this program.   Eric told me that I have nothing to worry about - and ask that did I wanted to finally have a business online that was successful like the people on video - where Matt said that was making 20k a month in sales.   They will show me how and coach me 1 on 1 to get success.  Eric told me that I would have three weeks to see the progress and be glad about this program that this investment would bring.

I was then told to call them once I had received my Discover Card in less than a week - so I did.   I asked Eric that I hope I am not being scammed on this program because I can not afford to loss any money.   I gave him the credit card numbers of Discover and mentioned to me that $3885 was the final price of this program - but I did not have to worry because they will have all the help and see enough funds coming in - which Lorenzo - his boss was ready to make  all my monthly payments if there were any setbacks.      I told Eric that I did not expect setbacks with this kind of money being spent.

Where they overstepped their boundaries was when Eric spoke to me and prep me before having me answer questioins and sign online by clicking where asked.    Eric told me that if asked that I was promised any large sums of money - to say no.  I asked him why.  He said that the program neeeds all these monor oversights be in writing but I had nothing to worry about.   He then had me speak to someone and sign online in every section the person was asking to approve after she read each section.   However,  when they sent me my paperwork by mail, I noticed that every section signed online was admitting to nothing that was read on the phone before online signing and submitting it to them.   I had confide on them to be trustworthy and given full disclosure on what they had me signing - which after receiving the paperwork - I noticed that they had scammed me.

I then went on to receiving my coaching - but Ben Ellis - my assigned coach - for the next three session - would hang up and not coach me when I was having problems with my Amazon log ins and smartphone app download problems and password probems.  Those three sessions were less than 15 minutes - which the 15 minutes were empty coaching sessions.   The remaing two coaching sessions were given some off line homework that did not produce any more progress.   Each time I found these session so short - I called Eric and text him - along spoke to Corporate office personnel at number 855-284-8302.

I have not been satisfied on the manner I was being coached and told them that I see nothing to show great progress.  I was never told that my cut off date for a refund - but they would only say they would take care of it.

Eric was text on the issues, and he was going to have his boss know about what was going on and they will make it right.

I have been swindled by a Corporation with a group of people that never had my best interest since they had me sign a document that will only hurt me - when after texting Rob or Eric - about their poor consulting and that any agreements to continue with them would only be allowing them to continue to scam me.   I was more upset that Eric or Rob as he called himself - that I was promised that they were going to use Scholarship to pay for my trainging and that deadline was getting near if I did not let them help me.

I told them that everything they have said to me has been changed and I had never agreed about any scholarship to repay my fee - and they needed to refund me in full.   I gave them the ultimatum until the first of Jan or latest the fifth to refund me for the complete shortend of any coaching and no website to show for my $3885.  They thought I should only be given a partial payment and I told them that if they did not commit to full amount - I would reveal they scam and report this scam as a ripoff.    Rob then said happy new year - and it was fine to do what I wanted.

I called Discover and revealed to them on this scam and to revert my $3885.  Discover ask to provide for my paper signed or any text copies to keep in file in case they call them.   I have not sent these files because they said they were not going to pursue it.   Today, I have been getting repeated calls from them and decided to block their calls.   If they continue to pursue in any Texas jurisdiction and spend their court fees and attorny fees - they will lose the entire amount they have lost with my refund since December 27, 2017.

I would like them to be investigate and if they pursue on this scam with the hopes to fight for my money - I want to have the paperwork with Ripoff to back these event in writing to provide to local - Laredo Police and Court - they will have to fight in a texas jurisdiction.    I am so angry that these people are scamming people and they need to have this company investigated for any past, present or future scams.

Outlook Consultants,LLC sought my Discover Card complaint and forced payment by Contract.

Wed, January 24, 2018

After filing my complaint, my complaint was overturned by Discover card because they were send a copy of contract that was used in malice after they had agreed to refund my funds by text.

I was previously told by Outlook Consulting that I could have a scholarship or grant help repay the fee - and that would help me, but after witnessing the methods they used to force their business with very short coaching and deceptive trade practices with promising large gains that never happened.  I became very leery to continue with their methods, but when my funds were taken by discover and having to repay the debt created in my credit card; I decided to call them back to have them send me a scholarship or grant to repay these fees.  I am still waiting on their response - but being told they are busy and they want to talk to me.   However, I am requesting to have the name of the school or registered consulting firm to file for my grant.

As of Janurary 24, 2018 - I have not receive any information and waiting on their response to my request to follow through to repay my fees paid in full.
