Gateway Computers Never got the 1 YR cleanup.... pure junk!
I see on the booklets that Gateway sends out and it says that after 1 yr they will clean out your computer when you take it to a gateway store! what a bunch of bull! they were so rude to me when I called them with a problem after my warrenty was up. They would not even give me any tech support! This PC is a hunk a junk as far as we are concerned!
