Ramada Inn Asigned me to a roach infested room with a gecko livng inside the room Ft. Beach Florida
I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Ft Walton Beach, Fl. from 16 to 22 July on a business trip. I made reservations for a brach/ocean facing room and was assigned RM. 3024. On Monday morning when I woke up and went into the bath room, I saw and killed two roaches that was on the sink counter. I called the Front Desk and reported the insects. A few minutes later, thay call me back and ask if I wanted them to come and take care of the reoaches. I informed them that I was leaving for work in and hour and they could come after I departed. On my second day, I wetn to the bath room again and killed several moreroached in the bath tub and on the sink counter. From that point on, I had to leave the bathroom light on to keep the reoachd away.
On wWednesday, I opened to microwave oven and there were three roached in the doorway of the microwave. I had to kill them with my ciugarette lighter. On that same day, I retreived my shoes near the security safe, and noticed something move. As i examined the item closed, I discovered it was a gecko in the room. When I checked out of the hotel on Saturday, I informed the two ladies at the desk my experience with the roaches during my stay and all they said was,"Thanks for the informatiojn". I was not offered any type of refund or voucher. mMy bill was $1431.90 for a roach infested room. I think that this was RipOff and that this Ramada Inn in Ft. Walton Beach, FL should be exposed!
