on May 24 2017 i give a deposit of $399.99 to MsAnna Allicot from Elite Auto Credit giving me a receipt saying if we don’t do business 100% refundable at this point was for them to get me a 2016 challenger even I want a Camaro they were pushing me to the challenger saying if I get the Camaro the payments will be higher. I said ok get the challenger 2016 17,000 miles for$ 25,300 rate of 9.68 percent. 1,500 down and taking my BMW as a trade. I give her another $600 down payment till they get the car as she says only will take two days. I ask to give me a copy of the contract or breakdown and she said no because it has the dealers info only when the car gets here ... right now and then I felt I being played ... I left the place $ 1000 less in my pocket
and a print &a VIN # of a car i not seen yet .when she call me next day saying the car coming Tuesday with is a week, not 2 days as she said I get home I put the description of the car on the Kelley Blue book and the price is 17,567$ . no way I will pay $25,300 for this car, i call I explain the situation to Anna she say we sold your car then she said 2 days after we got your car which they drop in front of my house she make me sing a refund request to give me my money back and she keep saying your refund is not approved and keep me calling and they ignoring my call and text .

Bottom line is you agreed to buy a car you NEVER saw, you NEVER took for a test drive, you NEVER knew what you were buying, nor the price thereof.
Given the incredible lack of COMMON SENSE on your part, there is no way anyone can help you!
Incredible!
