  SHIPPER SENT NEXT DAY AIR ON 5/31/2017.ARRIVED IN CONCORD, CALIFORNIA 6:23am on JUNE 1, 2017. Driver failed to deliver unethical. We called UPS AND they said on 6/2/2017 at 730pm NO SCAN FOR OVER 24 HOURS SO THEY PUT IN AN INVESTIGATION SAYING MUST BE LOST. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS MADE. HOME ALL DAY. FULL VIDEO SURVELLIANCE NO UPS. Checked back online at 8:40pm and driver lied and posted time stamp 715pm delivery attempt and received requested delay delivery. LIES LIES UPS DRIVER NEEDS TO BE FIRED.CALLED IN AND guess what CUSTOMER SERVICE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DRIVER!!!
