Gateway to Hell Computers - Hurley Bank rip-off
Am getting frustrated. Like everybody else, am being charged a late fee for a payment that I have proof they received. I always send my payments by Postal Money Order. I send in my December's payment on 7 Dec 2001. They claim they never received it. I had to pay the P.O. a fee to obtain a copy of it and it shows that the bank processed it on 27 Dec, meaning that it sat on somebody's desk this whole time. They still refuse to give me credit for it, even after I finally talked to somebody, and faxed a copy of it to them. They are also not reducing the interest, thus making my balance go higher. Worked for the Post Office. Suggestion-I had another company to do this to me, and I started to send payments certified mail with return receipt. I send in my house payments Priority mail with signature confirmation, which I can obtain info on the "net" which shoes when received in that city, and who signed for it, your proff that it has been received within the timeframe. This month it is being run by Citibank USA, N.A. which mean that Hurley bank must of been in financial trouble
