I purchased six tickets together to Joe Bonamassa at the MPAC. When I received my receipt two of the tickets were priced at more than twice the price of the others. When I contacted Tickmaster to get the tickets replaced with six together that were the same price they informed me Platinum tickets (the term they gave to the two higher priced tickets) were non refundable. I will never again purchase from Ticketmaster again.

I have been buying tickets from ticketmaster and usually am able to exchange my seats for better seats that come up available but am now told I can't with Platinum seats. No warning comes up during the purchase either or else I wouldve avoided. The info that pops up for Platinum tickets do not disclose that they do not have the same Fan Guarantee as regular tickets therefore that info should be disclosed prior to purchasing. I will be finding other victims and will strive for a class action lawsuit!
