I placed an order with emporium an online store that provides a credit line and I was given a line of credit.. I was billed right off the bat and then when over a week went by and I was told my order had not shipped which I was told it would within a day or two I called. I was told that my account was canceled with no explanation why or why I had not been notified. I then asked for a fefund of the money I was billed I was told I'd get a refund in 7-10 days. which seemed crazy that it only takes a day or two with any other company I've dealt with but waited 14 days and. no refund. I then called and from then on just been getting the run around its been over a month and have not been refunded.

I have called and emailed CS multiple times and I am still being charged for something I never received! This has been the most horrible and disturbing experience of my life. I am going out of my way, spending my time and energy to fix an issue that should be very easily taken care of and instead I'm being ignored and given the run around.
