I placed an order with emporium an online store that provides a credit line and I was given a line of credit.. I was billed right off the bat and then when over a week went by and I was told my order had not shipped which I was told it would within a day or two I called. I was told that my account was canceled with no explanation why or why I had not been notified. I then asked for a fefund of the money I was billed I was told I'd get a refund in 7-10 days. which seemed crazy that it only takes a day or two with any other company I've dealt with but waited 14 days and. no refund. I then called and from then on just been getting the run around its been over a month and have not been refunded.
