applebees waitress stole money,manager did nothing,profiling in its finest sacramento California
I just barely got into town for the fair,went to apple bees and these people truelly appalled me. I have never seen such poor behavior at an establishment. I had a service animal for one,the manager looked at the card and plainly said,"nah". I told him that he could not discriminate against me or my service animal and he copped an attitude and told us there were no places for us to sit. I pointed out a booth and he snatched up menus and told us to go sit there.waitress came around,placed our orders,40 minutes later brings us our drinks. We ordered the two for twenty five meal ,and our other friend ordered a grilled cheese with tomato soup.
When our food finally came ,it was small portioned,burnt,flavorless and just down right awful. So we asked for our check,and also asked where the soup was to our friends meal. She said she replaced it with fries where on the menu that clearly states you get both fries and soup,she denied it,I pulled a false advertisement card and she called over the manager. Who proceeded to tell us we were garbage who came in there everyday (never been there) who tried to get free food. Poor English ,terrible attitude ,told me I was to pay and that I was not to speak to him this way with his hands waving in my face.
When I was clearly criticizing his service and nothing more. Even better as our checks arrived my friend was overcharged and we told them ,and the waitress pulled out a dollar from the check book guilty looking ,still with 9 dollars missing but sitting in the check book and told us to leave. As they brought over more employees to usher us out. Telling us to take our fifty cents,and that we were pathetic and needed it more than them. I work very hard for my money and ill be damned if you tip yourself with my change. It was truelly the worst dining experience of my life.
