Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Be very careful if you have a loan with this company and save every shred of documentation you receive from them. Get anything they say to you in writing. Of course they will not back up what they say to you on the phone. They are trained to lie.

I purchases a vehilce through GMAC/Americredit...they are the same entity. They have addes charges to my former loan that I am still disputing...after 5 years. It has taken me consulting with a lawyer to get any type of response from the company.

Your accounting history will be grossly incaccurate and they will insert hidden charges, amounts and penalties. Look on Google, they have had numerous class action law suits for this type of action as well as discriminating against minorities and feeding them higher interest rates.

If you have a problem with them, you need to file a formal complaint with the FTC and also your states Attorney Generals Office. Don't bother using the Better Business Bureau. It is a waste of time.

They will also auto dial your number daily, to harrass you. Even after your submit a letter for them to stop calling they still will. I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau and this was the only way to get them to stop calling.

I am posting this to warn others so they dont have to go through the hell my family has in order to get this resolved. Good Luck you you and we a wise consumer. I wish I had known then what I know now and would have saved myself alot of headache.

YOU fully admitted here you don't pay your payments on time.  As such, it is YOU who turns on the collections machine and it is YOU who generates more interest for them as well as late fees etc.

There's no rip off here from them.  The rip off is you not paying your bills when you agreed as per your contract.

And no, I don't work for them.
