Well, the roach in my food bag is a start. The sheets were disgusting and looked like it had mouse poop on it, blood and other things on the bed sheets which I had to change myself since housekeeping was not available  and there was no way I was sleeping in the that dirty bed. They said they could not come in the room. Stains on the actual bed itself too which I am not sure what they were but dark colored. 

The TV's sounds was distorted and we could not hear it, we used our notebook instead to watch something.

There was mold in the bathroom. Outlets didn't work. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room had a musty smell.

The only plus about this place was the soft toilet paper. We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and they ruined it!

I have a TON of pictures of the room. I couldn't even walk on the floor with my bare feet and had to put toilet paper down on the toilet because it was too disgusting to sit down on.

Also they tell you they have free WiFi and give you the password when you ask but it did not work. Another worker tells me that it it not working and should be fixed next week. Why do they lie and say it is free WifI and give you the password and it is broken?

Still can't believe when I told housekeeping I saw a roach in my food bag, she said "yes, they have roaches here, its gross".  We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one as I could not spend another night there sleeping with roaches in the room and who knows what else was in there. 

There was dust balls hanging from the ceiling. The carpet had stains and was ripped. There was no filter in the bathroom vent which says it should be changed every 6 months but there was none. 

There was tagging on the furniture. I am not sure why they are allowed to rent out rooms when there is no way they are up to code. 

I did complain about the problems. The lady said she would change my room but I said I did not want to stay there since there is roaches all over the hotel according to housekeeping and I can not sleep in a hotel like this. She told me to come back in 20 minutes and she will refund my money for the 2 nights. I did come back, and she was gone. Another person was now working the front. Seemed odd huh! 

Well he said there is nothing we can do after I told him the situation. I told him she already said I can have a full refund but I need to call priceline.com first to get the refund since I booked the hotel through priceline.com. He said no. So after talking for awhile he finally said he will refund the money through them. So I called priceline.com again and they had to call him to speak to him. 

So at this point I am on my cell phone with priceline and he is on the office phone there with them. At this point there is a lot of customer's in the front office. 

He then tells me he will refund one night. I said no, that was not the deal. I said I am not staying another night and I should not have to pay for last night after what I went through here. He was getting mad at me and giving me an attitude.  He said well that is all we can give you, one night's refund. So I said loudly in the office in front of all the customers "I am not staying another night and sleeping with roaches in the room. He then said ok fine, I will refund both nights. 

He was being mean the entire time I was there, total attitude when I was keeping my cool about this. He finally said sorry and this could have been handled a different way after I said that in front of everyone. 

Also when I was standing there, someone came up and asked for the free WiFi password (as they do advertise free WiFi) and he gave them the password. I said the Wifi doesn't work here, why are you giving it out? He said how do you know that? I said well the other worker in the front already told me it does not work and it might be fixed next week. He had nothing to say after that.  

This is my report. I hope it helps so no one has to stay in this hotel and go through what we went through. We picked this hotel as it was close to the Rascal Flatts concert we were going to for our Anniversary. This entire mess with the front desk took so long, we were late to the concert. What a weekend!
