For your information the reciept was present, vaild along with the tickets still intact. All I'm saying is look it this this way and you'll see where I'm comming from:"DO YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY"? MOST PEOPLE WILL SAY : "YES"- Well if you went to a store and purchased a Televison, but for whatever the reason it dosen't work right ,so then of coarse you take it back to the store with reciept ,box and all? Then they say okay well we will only Exchange the Television for another one ,Typically you say fine.Well low n behold there's something wrong with this one too ! Then what? You go back to the store for the 3RD TIME!! By this time you don't want another one you want back you hard earm money to look eles where right ? AT LEAST ANY TRUE BLOODED AMERICAN WOULD ,UNLESS YOUR A PUSH OVER! AND THE STORE MANAGER SAYS: "NO REFUND EXCHANGE ONLY OR STORE CREDIT,Well if your already ticked off by the products this store offers "WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT TO SEE DEAL WITH THEM "?? Instead there basically saying you just throw money in the trash and there's nothing we are going to do about it. TOO BAD SO SAD !! HOW ETHICAL IS THIS ??? And if you agree with the Store well then you don't work hard for your Money ! IS ALL I'M SAYING !

The rules don't apply to Nikki. Only to everyone else. NO EXCEPTIONS, EXCEPT FOR NIKKI. I don't care who you are or what company we are, there are no exceptions EXCEPT FOR NIKKI. Do you understand how bad you look? There are a whole host of terms I could use but won't. Some guy posted the same line about Home Depot not giving him a cash refund. Many people posted about why most, if not all stores will not give cash refunds for theft purposes. If it was a gift, YOU didn't pay for it. Where does this disloyal, unethical part come in anyway? You come across as an immuture little twit that didn't get her way and is throwing a written temper tantrum. If I'm ever in a BCF, or any place else, in SA, and see someone throwing a hissy tail fit, demanding exceptions be made, for her, this one time, I'll know, THERE'S NIKKI.

These stores all have policies. Did you have a receipt at time of the return? Probably not since it was a gift. If every store gives out cash to someone like you why have the policy in the first place? Maybe they do this to deter people who steal their merchandise and return it for cash. At least they offered to let you exchange it. A lot of stores won't even do that without a receipt. You have not been ripped off and should never have posted this report.....
