I received a class action settlement on emachines, along with an option to replace my computer for up to 365.00 or 62.50 cash. I opted for another computer but have tried repeatedly tried to order with no luck and phone calls go are not returned. I have tried atleast 7 times to place this order. This is a total ripoff. What good is a class action settlement if they can get away with doing nothing?

If you go on emachineredeem.com you have to create an account an then enter your certificate number and then your pin number . Then you view what you want and what they have to offer. If there isn't anything your interested just log out, next time login with you account info. I did it one time picked the product I wanted and since it cost more than the $365.00 that's when I had to enter my credit card info. If your purchase isn't over the $365 you don't add any credit card info. Received my laptop on August 2, 2013 but it died after 4 hours. Emailed them about the problem also called and laptop is due to arrive in Texas today to see if it can be repaired or has to be replaced. Had no problem contacting anyone either through email or by phone. Just was upset that the laptop died so soon. If people would read the instructions they woouldn't have any problem also everyone that spoke to me on the phone were very helpfull and the only time you get a recording is if you call on their off hours.
