World Wide Beauty Stores a major rip off
I placed an order from World Wide Beauty in Sept. 2001. I fully paid by credit card and received half my order in October. It's going on 4 months later and I still have not received the rest of my order. No one will answer my e-mails and I can't find a contact number.This is a major rip off joint!!
