Hampton Inn Checked in at 02:43 a.m. and was given a room with a spider at the headboard ready to bite. Front check-in desk was notified and reassigned to another room but had to carry three large bags, two small bags, booster seat, and grandchild to the third floor. The employee showed no interest in assisting. Morrisville NC
This issue is self explanatory and does not require a fifth grade education to understand. It is not argumentative, it is the status quo bedrock and ingrained attitude of professionalism that has gone unchecked at THIS Hampton Inn.
