A minor story that has happened a lot in video stores.
I rented 2 DVDs brought them back late (15.00 charge)At the same time I wanted to rent 2 more DVDS,and was told I had a late charge and could not rent until the charge was paid. So I paid the late charge and rented 2 more DVDs....
