The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce Chamber of Commerce Harlem Possible advertising scam. asked for, (but did not demand) a large sum of money for a membership (with there organization), (although indirectly) in order to place a free advertisement (paid for by government agencies and large companies /donors). Although they helped larger businesses, they discriminated against me the smallest one. This organization then attempted to disparage or defame our small business online.
