When we said "it doesn't look like a full cord," he said it was. The next afternoon when we went to stack it, it was at very best a half a cord. Company is not registered with state and refused to refund our money (pick up his half cord) or fulfill order when we brought it to his attention, he gave a new definition of what a cord is. We made it very clear we wanted a full cord. His receipt says 1 cord, not a half, not a sloppy cord. Then he tells us he doesn't even have any wood to fulfill the order. He intentionally charged us for a full cord knowing he didn't have the wood to fulfill the order. Pine Colorado
