I ordered $86.98 worth of tools on 7/14/24 and still have not received them,. I sent [email protected] a couple of email stating that I want my tools that I paid for or my money back, I have received no response back from wang.

20 minutes after ordering $2,700 dollars worth of tools a family emergency suddenly popped up and when I tried to cancel the order they said that they started processing my order already so the $300 shipping/handling fee is non refundable.
