This online company sells lots using great sales pitches of wonderful attributes only to discover the lots were subdivided in the 1970's placed under a scam homeowner association that has been accumulating fees for years and doing absolutely nothing to improve the value of the property over time. The Homeowner Association collects millions every year to pay the expenses of the "employees" of the Homeowners Association.
In Colorado, they are auctioning off lots that were also subdivided in the 1970s where nothing has been done with the barren land. In Arizona, once again, they are auctioning off subdivided lots that are advertised to be a wonderful investment but are just more dried up desert land with little hope of improvement.
