Having spent hundreds of dollars for a website design I was very happy with the outcome. My website was incredible! However, a billing error resulted in my website being down, and I was told by Accounts Receivable on April 18, 2022 that bringing my account current would restore service. I was more than happy to do that since my business depends on a functioning website.

I brought my account current but the website did not reboot. I was told to be patient and given a link that would speed up the process. However, this proved to be erroneous as the link was nothing more than their web address. Zywave did nothing to resolve this issue. Reaching out to the billing department proved to be futile as I was told that I had cancelled my website and terminated my contract March 2022.

This is not true. I asked Kelly in Accounts Receivable to provide documentation, and of course there is none. I feel as though Zywave lied to me, they accepted payment under false pretenses. This is fraud. They had no intention to restore my website and I am not sure why. I feel lied to. I feel deceived. I feel ripped off by Zywave.
