they promise they can get you a lower interest rate credit card. They say you will get refunded the $400 when they do. YOU have to call the banks, lower your beacon score, and get charged $400 for something you could have done anyway. They will convince you that you cannot. They record only part of the conversation. The part where you asked questions, and they lie
to you is not recorded. The recorded part is altered to fit there needs.
