Zinus Product Designed to Fail
Purchased a mattress from them three years ago. The mattress cover is now very loose and unusable. Reached out for a replacement. Was told that the mattress covers cannot be removed or replaced, is not covered by the warranty (even though the warranty language does not agree). I was told that it is completely normal for the mattress covers to wear out after 3 years. This is not acceptable - the lifetime of a standard mattress should be longer than 3 years.
