on 12/18/2020 I was shopping around for remote start I call Ziebart @ 1505 Lyell avenue and they give me 2 different choices different model. Model # CSX4900S for $375.00 and model # RFX-P2WT12-SS for $565.00 I choose $565.00plus extra remote total $646.00 and pay in full them same day they give me installation appointment on 12/24/2020 when they finish on the receipt show different number I ask if I can have the manual kid and the box off the equipment.

they installed my car model # CSX4900S but they order separate only the remote of the model # RFX-P2WT12 when I ask the manager insist, he don't care they booth work they install may car something I never order they scam people what they installed your car is not the same what you paid for I ask the manager to remove all the equipment they install my car and give me full refund. that is not what I purchase manager told me he have to charge me to remove he will keep my car and I won’t get my car till Monday 12/28/20 I have to wait 4 days to get my car there on my Monday 12/28/20 sales person call me and offer $282.50 refund with NO WARRANTY ON THE SERVICE which they never install what I order

(1) they install parts I never order

(2) no warranty what they installed

(3) I lost $363.50 for nothing they SCAM ME is a lot of SCAMS out there you don't know what is under your dashboard I made a mistake don't be like me
