I ordered an electric blender cup, the glass arrived cracked and broken. the boxed had been squashed. There is no way to contact the sellers. No instructions etc.. no invoice or contact details, just an address which I sent the details to but I have not been contacted.
I want a replacement or my money back, The packaging was not good enough. If they could contact me to settle this I would appreciate it. regards
