They disconnected our main phone line when we requested our secondary to be disconnected. That took 2 days to be restored. Later when we were moving I called well in advance to disconnect. They began disconnecting some of my features (voice mail) immediately, they told me it was my fault for calling too soon for the disconnect. It took 2 days to be restored.

After we moved I discovered the phone wasn't disconnected. It took 4 phone calls over a one month period to finally get the phone disconnected. The people who bought own home couldn't get phone service in the mean time. Since then I continue to get bills and promises to correct my account. I am still being charged for the month and was told I am being turned over to a collection agency because they can only go by the date the phone was actually disconnected.
