Complaint Review: Yukon Cardigan

I order a jacket for my son from this particular site and I got a call a day later with a recorded message asking me if I have made the order but I was not quite clear what company called me because it got cut off. 

I called back that number but it didn't have a recording but it rang and hung up on me.  It's an 833 area code.  I decided to contact the company by email by responding to their email when they sent me a confirmation order number, it bounced back and it was an error.

I decided to go back on their website and emailed again and decided to cancel the order b/c I felt its kinda off.  The email came back and gave me the ticket number that they received my request.  I tried to track the shipment but I have to  download the app ...
