I became a member of Columbia House DVD Club AND of Doubleday Book Club because of a pop-up ad from YourGiftCards.com for $50. for a Red Lobster dinner.

I have been trying and trying to reach them (YourGiftCards.com), but I can't even find an email address to use to correspond with them.

I never would have entered these clubs had it not been for the incentive of the $50. gift card.

And if I am getting no gift card but have joined these clubs, then it stands to reason that the clubs are in on it, too, or YourGiftCards.com would not benefit from it. I have received what I ordered from the clubs, but they must be reimbursing the gift card company somehow for bringing in the business.

Isn't there something legal that can be done?

Hi Cheri,
I see a lot of complaints about people not receiving their gift cards from yourgiftcards.com, it must be very frustrating.
I actually am one of the people that did receive their $50.00 gift card (target) and within about 8 weeks, winter 2004. I saved the address and have a phone numer to contact them.
