We have been a customer of Comcast Xfinity for over 20 years. In the last several years our service has declined significantly and we can ever get any help. We have been paying for over 1000 in speed and only get just under 100. Whenever we call in we are always told we have old modem however when they come out they say they are placing the very newest. We always get the runaround and customer service is only getting worse. We used to stream the football games in our patio and the service is so slow now that we can't do that anymore even though we are paying for it. We got a customer service text number where they call you and even they have become rude and unhelpful.

 

Don’t believe their commercials they don’t give a hoot.
