Terrible experience:

Bed bug infested in room 102 at Benson Arizona Days Inn, and they don’t care. Got numerous bites and woke at 3:30 a.m. Was switched to new room, by Gabby, at 4 a.m. in the front office who was very concerned and apologized; however, I could not sleep for the rest of the night due to itching and anxiety. Later in the morning I told Eva I was checking out and she, sarcastically replied, “ Ok, from 102 to 218.” I told her about the bed bugs, and she said, “The guy is coming to check it out.” I asked if I would get a refund and she simply replied: “You have to call Expedia since it is a third party reservation.

Had I not asked for a refund, I believe I would have never gotten the information. Eva never showed any concern about my situation and offered no apology.

Needless to say, after getting medical attention at the hospital, I have to take medication for the next ten days and worry about infesting my home with the bed bugs. As a result, I will not be checking in to a Days Inn or any other Wyndham hotel.
