www.steadycloud.com I signed up for cloud hosting, I thought for 1 year but it processed through for 3 years payment and I could never get any refund of money. Los Angeles address given

I purchased hosting which I thought was for one year, but it processed through for 3 years payment.  During the time of setup, they mispelled my domain name and it took months to straighten out, so I couldn't use the service. 

I finally got so frustrated, I wanted to cancel my hosting and requested money to be returned, which never happened.  (my payment was over $300) I tried to contact customer service and could find no way except email (which wasn't being answered).  I tried to locate the company and at one point found an address in Los Angeles but no phone number.

I finally gave up, but as I was about to throw all my documentation away, I decided I should put my experience out there for others who may be experiencing the same thing.
