www.bigdeal.com big deal is a big ripoff deal
After ordering shoes from the Big Deal Company they said it would take a week or too to get my Reef shoes. A week later no shoes. The following week no shoes... so i call them and they say they haven't been shipped from the factory yet and to wait another week and Id have them.
After inquiring though e-mail after the shoes were still not on my step I was informed that the shoes that were on their web site were no longer available because they were the summer style.
Maybe its just me but maybe Big Deal could have given me this information a bit sooner? I WOULD RECOMEND NOT DOING ANY BIG DEALS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
