Complaint Review: wp-script

Bought $180.00 dollars worth of plugins and themes from WP-Script and they craim free suport via support ticket LOL what joke.

What I didn't realize at the time of purchase was was how amateur and unreliable both the themes and plugins are. One was so bad I requested a refund within minutes of purchasing yet they failed to anawer the support ticket and I sent another that to be honest was pretty nasty. They promised to process the refund within a few minutes. No refund sent another support ticket and once again , yep you guesssed it, no refund. It's now been 4 days.

The bad part is there is no trial or full scale demo before purchasing which obviously cabn cause problems But they make exvery thing sound amazing on their website but it's total bull. WP Sript should not be selling products , period. After purchase I requested a rather simple theme update that other developers have done for me when I bought their themes - was told yes and that they would have it updated in a few days. Haven't seen it yet so now I deffenitely see a pattern that these guysre liars and will just say anything to make you go away and hope you just forget about it.

But the worst part is that there plugins power the themes and the plugin completely failed meaning no updates theme will not work basically you're completey screwed at this point. I did the only think i can do and that put in a suport ticket. Threee days later and still no response from the clowns at WP Script fraudsters I'm telling you. Gennerallly people in development will respond to a support ticket like that to fix serious malfunctions almost immedately - Their name and integrity is in their products. I can say that WP-Script themes and plugins have no integrity and their name is worthless.

I have finally had enough of this uncaring and low quality company and politely requested a full refund on all products only to be ignored. Sadly it looks like I will have to open a paypal despute against them as well as request return of funds from my CC company. When you sell anything especially developt products you should never ignore support and never let matters have to go this far.

I warn anyone who might be tempted to buy products from WP-Script to just stop. Don't do it because there are way better options and much better support and servive. WP_script is a joke and a trainwreck of a company.
