it states: that I, Michael xxxxxxx is hereby notified that my eligibility for the cash grant of $25,000.00 is awaiting assessment. Records Indicate the Michael xxxxx Has not yet prepared their application for a grant of at least $25,000.00. Each working day Million of Dollars are awarded in free Government and Foundation Grants for business and personal purposes to people just like you.
Your Grant Consignment is awaiting your acceptance Michael xxxxx do not miss out on a grant of at least $25,000.00

Important: Should your Grants Consignment not deliver you a cash grant of at least $25,000.00 the Consignment fee of $10.00 will be refunded.

There is a tear off section you fill out and enclose with your check for $10.00 and send to them I sent them a check for $10.00 on 12/07/08. I will notify my bank that this was a fraud and see if they can do anything for me.
