I went to the Woodbridge Auto Body on the 19th of May to have my car repaired after an accident. I was told that the repairs would take 4 days.

On the following Thursday I received a call from the owner, Sylvia Roberts, that the car would be ready after 5 that evening. When I went there to pick it up, of course, it was not ready. I was told to return Saturday morning because they were waiting on a small part and it should be ready by then. I returned Saturday morning and it was not ready. I was told that it would be ready that evening after 5. I came back and was told that they would bring me the car probably after 8 that night. Well, they returned the car Sunday evening after 6 that evening. It was returned by the owner, Sylvia Roberts.

I then discovered that the trunk would not open from the inside of the car with the trunk release nor would it open from pushing the trunk release on the key chain. And Sylvia realized that the right signal light was not working. She told me to bring it back on Monday, Memorial Day, and that she would have them work on it then. I came Monday and left the car and about 4 hours later it was supposedly fixed.

When I arrived home in the car I realized the the lights on the dash were on. I immediately called Woodbridge Auto Body and told them about the light and was told to bring it back and they would check it out. Well, today is Thursday, June 1st and they still have not figured out why the lights are on or how to fix it. Now, they tell me that they are not mechanics they just do body work and that I need to return the car to the dealer and they will have to fix it.

I know that these lights did not come on until they went to adjust the trunk release buttons and wires. Since then the lights just stays on.

Why should I have to pay for something that I believe they did. All I want them to do is pay for the charges if when I take it to the dealer he says it does relate to them tampering with the trunk, if it doesn't then, of course, I will pay for it.
