Wish Addict - Will not complete my order Internet

November 2017 I ordered a MemoBird thermal printer from Wish Addict. (I spotted an advert for this on Facebook). As part of the deal, I should have also received 4 rolls of thermal paper. I have a screenshot of the deal showing this.

Over a month later I received the printer, but no paper rolls. Since then, I have tried to make contact on numerous occasions via their website ticketing system, and by email. I never receive any positive response, other than ‘we will deal with your request’, or something similar.

This is always, and I mean always, followed up with an email saying my ticket had been closed. I then reopen the ticket, only to go through the above procedure yet again. Not once has anyone from the company acknowledged the fact that I am owed the 4 rolls of paper. If anyone from Wish Addict should read this report at some stage then the order number is 91139520.

I have also posted messages on the Wish Addict Facebook page, only for the admin to mark them as spam, so customer support is not high on their agenda! As mentioned earlier, I have a screenshot of the website page showing the printer deal to include 4 rolls of paper.
